low carb vegan eats II

The new diet continues unabated at chateux ploppy (with the exception of a trip to Mono on Friday - the burger was such a stodgy let down)

here's some more ideas to get you inspired. I cant remember if I mentioned in the last post but most of these meals are recipes I've made up based what I read in a book or on a blog. 9 times out of 10 you aint gonna have all the 'correct' ingredients to make it like the book says so get creative and think round the 'problem.' Personalising your meal only makes the eating more satisfying!



Salad: mizuna, red cabbage, chickpea, tomato and pickled chili.
Dressing: walnut, garlic and soy milk zapped together.


Simple salad with iceberg and swiss chard as a base.
Defrosted peas add smoked tofu go really well together!


Raw Bolognese
Spaghetti: grated courgette.
Sauce: 1 red pepper, some tomatoes, garlic, sprouted lentils, herbs - zap to desired consistency.
Cheese: some of the peanut butter dressing from below.



Lightly steamed brocolli and sweetcorn in a peanut butter and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Home made hummus and cucumber.
