At the grand old age of 31 I have found myself at the crossroads of fitness, my puppy fat glory days are fading from view and the grey haired, pot bellied reality of middle age is scratching at my front door. The answer? Stepping it up a few gears.
I've set up a training blog here where I will post not just my exercise regime but also any recipes or other fitness related stuff I have going on. Any encouragement/thoughts/advice would be much appreciated.
